Even though the last edition of RemaDays finished just recently, GJC Inter Media has already started preparations for the next trade fairs. This is the organizer’s way of making sure that the show will be top-notch. In 2013 the International Advertising and Printing Trade Fairs will again take place in Warsaw, Nuremberg and Kiev. Andrzej Szymkowiak, the RemaDays Brand Manager, shares the newest information regarding the next editions of the trade fairs.

With every new installment RemaDays gains more and more popularity. It appears you have managed to reach most of your goals. The expocenter is full of exhibitors and visitors. Is there really anything else you need to work on?
Of course, we constantly try to improve the functioning of our trade fairs. In case of RemaDays Warsaw I am talking especially about organizational improvements stemming mainly from logistics limitation. This year we will put even bigger emphasis on promotion and informational activities. We have made available mini buses driving between the Main Railway Station and the Expo XXI venue. Our goal was to facilitate the commute to the trade fair, we constantly inform about it our potential visitors. We also stress promoting novelties which will surely be more noticeable during the next edition. RemaDays Warsaw inspire and are a bottomless source about interesting products. We wish that our show will provide much needed knowledge so we will spend more time developing RemaCongress where we hope to attract even more interesting personages.
How do you obtain knowledge about what needs to be improved?
The main goal of all editions of RemaDays is development of the advertising business so we are open to a continuous dialog with all the people concerned. This is the only way to match the needs of the market and increase the effectiveness of the trade fairs. An open formula works well not only in Warsaw but also in Nuremberg and Kiev, gathering an ever-growing group of experts from the industry. However, despite the success of previous editions we are not planning to slow down. Our representatives are contacting customers with regards to improvements we may introduce, so that the next trade fairs will bring even more benefits for both, exhibitors and visitors. Our main source of information is conversations with visitors and exhibitors. Nothing can substitute a direct contact with companies from the industry.
When can the industry meet again at RemaDays?
The second edition of RemaDays Europe in Nuremberg is set to take place between 7-9 January, 2013. The show, organized for the first time in German market, has met with a good reaction from the European companies.167 exhibitors and over 3000 visitors showed up. After the debut in Germany we have heard many positive opinions about the open formula of our trade fair which is addressed to all the industry representatives. A lot of companies have declared to come back for the second edition already during the first one.
The International Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays Warsaw is scheduled for the 6-8 February, 2013. During the recently finished show 570 exhibitors from Poland and abroad have presented their offer. The event was visited by over 12000 visitors. RemaDays trade fair has already become a recognized brand in Central Europe. RemaDays Kiev, the leader in promotional products trade fairs in Easter Europe will take place between 27 February and 1 March.
The success of our undertakings shows that the long-term experience brings ever-better results and at the same time motivates for even more intensive work.
